We all know women with stunningly good looks who seem to make no effort at all to look that good. You have seen them: women with gorgeous hair, glowing skin, and radiant smiles on your way to work (and quite possibly in your office as well); you have seen them and wondered what the secret to their good looks is? 
Let’s be realistic – nobody is born with it; it’s all about little tips and tricks you learn along the way.

Enough sleep

This may sound funny, but – have you been sleeping enough lately? When was the last time you took a nap in the afternoon or went to bed early? An average person needs between seven and nine hours of sleep to function properly, but people seldom listen to this advice and choose to drink more coffee instead. 
By going to bed at approximately same time every night and avoiding coffee and food a couple of hours before you go to sleep, you will notice your body adapting to this new rhythm and you will start falling asleep easier. In the morning you will feel refreshed and energized, ready to face the challenges of the new day.

Detox and self-pamper

Even if we mind our diet and workout to stay toned and healthy, toxins can pile up in our organism making us sick and weakening our immune system. This is the reason why you should detox from time to time and clean up all the bad things that might cling to your internal organs. 

Take a few days off, go to a spa, drink a lot of water, and eat ‘clean’ – whole grains, whole foods, lean protein, and a lot of vegetables. You will notice that your skin and hair are healthier, and that you have a lot more energy.

Beautiful skin

Not everyone was blessed with beautiful, flawless skin, so most of us need to pay special attention to lotions, creams, and serums we use in order to keep it young and glowing. 

Sadly, even ladies with the most beautiful skin will hide their legs because of malfunctioning varicose veins. What is more, wearing heals while you work is not helpful at all, and you may even entertain the idea of wearing pants full-time. Fortunately, there are different ways to get rid of varicose veins, with sclerotherapy being by far the most popular one.

Preparation is the key

Stress troubles everyone, it makes you lose sleep, eat more, and age quickly. To avoid being under stress from the earliest morning, prepare in advance for the day ahead of you. Pack your bag, put on a face mask, and prepare your outfit for the following day. It may not seem like much, but it will save you time in the morning and give you a few extra minutes to apply makeup without fuss and leave home on time.

There will be days when doing even the simplest tasks will seem like a torment, and you will not have the energy to think about your skin, hair, and clothes. Nevertheless, you should be patient and persistent and you will notice how your looks will improve significantly with slightly changed habits.
